London branch secures ISO9001:2015 Quality Standard

ISO 9001 is an internationally acclaimed framework for quality management. Globally, more than one million companies are certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard.

The ISO 9001 Standard sets out best practices based on the following key principles of quality management.

Customer focus – improving customer satisfaction and retention
Leadership – defining key roles and responsibilities
Engagement of people – improving internal communication
Process approach – increasing efficiency and reducing waste
Improvement – ensuring Hub Le Bas grows through continual improvement
Evidence-based decision making – identifying and addressing customer and employee requirements
Relationship management – consistently making Hub Le Bas a better place to work for and do business with

‘The ISO certification ensures our London branch is efficient, connected and consistently improving the services we provide to our customers across the UK,’ explained Hub Le Bas systems manager Anthony Mann.

‘We were delighted to pass the audit without the need for any corrective actions. This is the first quality audit to the new ISO9001:2015 quality standard at our London Branch.’

The audit was carried out by external auditing body Alcumus on Thursday 1st February
